CINCUENTER is a multidisciplinary movement that has the goal to inspire, connect and help D+D50 women.



WHEN?

WHERE?
In Oviedo.


A city that is the perfect setting for women of culture to find here the ideal space for their theatrical, cinematographic, musical, literary or any other artistic discipline.


A city with an attractive cultural offer for all Cincuenter women who want to visit us.


A city that offers safety, comfort and friendliness.


That is why we are turning Oviedo into the first Cincuenter cultural capital.





1. TO INSPIRE.

We understand the lack of inspiration as one of the main obstacles that this collective has to overcome. In a world dominated by male protagonists, we see a clear opportunity to create role models and heroines in the Cincuenter community to help women dream.


We have the memory, the knowledge and the experience.


We need role models and visibility.


2. UNDERTAKING AND LEARNING

We have neither given up nor are we amortized.


Entrepreneurship must be encouraged and supported, not only professionally, but also personally: changing our attitude, changing the rules of our own lives, is also entrepreneurship.


The women who were in the previous edition and those who will be in this one are wise, experienced women, eager to share without ceasing to learn.


3. CONNECT

The connections and relationships within the Cincuenter community are one of the fundamental pillars of our strategy. Creating synergies, joining forces and sharing experiences are fundamental factors on the road to the empowerment of D+D50 women.


WHY?

It is necessary to put loudspeakers at the service of women who have turned 50 so that their voice can be heard, so that they can proclaim their presence and their willingness, let it be known that they are stronger and wiser than ever, show that they have a lot to tell and a lot to contribute.


This is our way of saying that we are here, proud of what we have achieved, and that we offer ourselves as a reference.


That we are neither invisible nor content to remain on the sidelines.
